Adult Adoption Document Preparation

This package is for a simple, uncontested adult adoption in Oklahoma—when the adult being adopted consents and the adopting parent(s) agree. (Adult adoptions are filed in the county where the adoptive parent lives. See 10 O.S. § 7507-1.1.)

• Vital Records fees if you request a new/updated birth certificate (Oklahoma or another state).

• If a judge orders a brief investigation/background check (not common in adult adoptions), any cost is separate.
